In August 2025, we launched our first-ever mentorship program—an initiative created for animation professionals who are currently unemployed and actively seeking new opportunities in the industry.
Since its launch, the program has supported 57 animation artists, technicians, and production workers across two mentorship cohorts. Throughout the program, mentees work closely with dedicated mentors, participate in targeted skills-training courses, and collaborate with specialists to refine how they present and showcase their abilities.
