In the wake of devastating fires that impacted members of The Animation Guild (TAG), The Animation Guild Foundation stepped up in a remarkable way to provide relief, recovery, and hope to those in need.

Through the generosity of donors, the Foundation has distributed nearly $70,000 in direct funds, fire relief donations, equipment replacement, and gift cards to affected TAG members. Recognizing that comfort and care come in many forms, 28 handmade quilts were delivered to members who lost homes or belongings — a heartfelt gesture symbolizing warmth, solidarity, and resilience.

In addition to financial assistance, the Foundation facilitated in-kind donations to help members rebuild their creative toolkits and support future educational endeavors. OddBot contributed 15 Cintiqs and 15 Macs to replace equipment lost in the fires and support future training programs. SanDisk generously donated approximately $6,000 worth of storage drives, and Wacom provided around $7,500 in in-kind donation discounts through its partner MacHollywood, helping artists replace vital equipment and continue their work.
These contributions exemplify the strength of the animation community when it comes together to support its own. The Animation Guild Foundation continues to be a pillar of compassion and solidarity — helping TAG members recover, rebuild, and keep creating.
